    We work with all kinds of businesses but we are specialized in the entertainment industry. We take the time to talk with you and learn about your business so that we can promote it in the best way possible.
  • 3. What is your work process?
    We have a well organised workflow management system that defines a series of tasks within our organization to produce the best work possible for you. Every process and workstream path is modelled in such a way that your order gets delivered without delays in the highest quality and efficiency.
  • 4. What are my responsibilities as a client?
    Timely communication is number one. It is imperative that you communicate changes in a project, timelines, or anything related to the project and due date.
  • 5. What information do you need from me?
    Once you have purchased a service from us, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to request the needed material and information to deliver your order.
  • 6. How long do you need to complete an order?
    The estimated turnaround per project depends on which service you have purchased. Our duration is to be considered by the client to be an estimation. Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that requested project content has been received.
  • 7. Do you provide support throughout the work process?
    Yes, we do. We offer full client support throughout the whole work process until your order has been delivered.
  • 8. When is the work process finalized?
    Our work for your purchased service is finalized once the order has been delivered and approved. Revisions for design work need to be requested within 7 days after the draft has been sent to you. When we have received your feedback on the draft, we will make any changes that you require within 48 hours.
  • 9. How many design revisions do your clients get?
    We offer unlimited revisions for the chosen concept of your design project. When no concept gets provided, we create a concept. If it is a complete change in design, we would work out a re-do at a discounted rate. The client agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge.
  • 10. Which payment options do you accept?
    We accept payments via PayPal, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
  • 11. What license do you grant me for my design work?
    Any designs created for the client is licensed for use by the client on a one-time only basis and may not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way or form without our express written consent.
  • 12. Do you work under non-disclosure agreements?
    Yes, we work under non-disclosure agreements. Client privacy is very important to us and we take it seriously. You can be assured that we will not contact your clients.
  • 13. What hours do you work?
    Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm MET. Those days are taking into consideration for our scheduled deadlines.
